Our Services
Owlue provides AI-powered property tax appeal services. We analyze your property data and market trends to identify potential savings opportunities and handle the appeal process on your behalf.
Our fee is a percentage of your property tax savings, charged only if your appeal is successful. If your appeal does not result in savings, you will not be charged any fee.
Limitation of Liability
Owlue provides tools and services to assist with property tax appeals. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Our services are not a substitute for professional legal counsel.
The information provided through our Services is for general informational purposes only. Results may vary based on individual circumstances and local regulations.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Use contain a mandatory arbitration agreement requiring disputes to be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court.
